You enjoy processing and preparing fresh and healthy organic products, are creative and enjoy cooking, enjoying, planning menu sequences, presenting products and advising guests?
Would you like to learn the craft of cooking from scratch? Then you have come to the right place!
With us you will receive a comprehensive training: From the handling of raw natural products to the perfectly arranged plate, you will learn all the necessary steps and techniques. In addition, knowledge on how to deal with special diets and intolerances.
This profession requires physical resilience as well as creativity and enjoyment. In addition to physical resilience, organizational skills and the ability to work in a team are important prerequisites that you should bring with you.
Training period: 3 years
School education: Secondary school, Mittlere Reife
Why an apprenticeship at Biohotel Eggensberger: We have been training apprentices in various professions for many years. On average, we have about 10 apprentices every year in different apprenticeship years and job profiles, who can learn with and from each other.
It is important to us that our apprentices get to know the hotel from different perspectives and the activities of the different areas from the ground up.
The area managers meet regularly to coordinate the training plan and training for each individual.
During the joint trainee training sessions, general topics are dealt with intensively in order to be best prepared to meet the requirements in everyday life and in the exams.
The duty roster is drawn up fairly and in accordance with the regulations with two days off per week.
Our trainees are taken on by the company after their training if they wish (even temporarily).
There is never a dull moment in the hospitality industry - and you can live and work in many beautiful places in the world with a solid vocational education.

We are:...a family-run 4-star hotel in a great panoramic location above Lake Hopfen and a view of the mountains. As a certified organic hotel, we use only fresh organic products in our kitchen. Also the drinks in the restaurant and bar are accordingly organic. For our guests we offer many opportunities for active recreation: Wellness weekends, health packages or simply a few days of vacation in beautiful surroundings - indoor pool and (outdoor) saunas are available for wellness moments. In addition to the Eggensberger family, we have more than 60 employees in the kitchen, restaurant, floor, administration, and wellness and therapy departments working for the well-being of our guests. In each team there is an area manager who pulls all the strings together.
